All that portion of St. John, St. Mary, and St. Peter including that part of All Saints west of the main public road leading to Tyrells Roman Catholic Church and the villages of sea View Farm, Freeman’s Village, Clark’s Hill, Buckleys, St. Clare Briggins, Belle View Heights and All Saints road south side, bounded as follows:
NORTH - from the junction of All Saints Road and the public road leading to the Moravian headquarters and continuing eastward along the All Saints Road to a point on the side road where the estate barricade leads to the old Herbert’s Estate House, then in the northerly direction to include Herberts Estate and a small portion of Lightfoot Estate and continuing in an easterly direction to a point located northeast of the village of Sea View Farm then generally in the said direction to a point where it meets the public road near Mount Joy west of the Telephone Exchange.
SOUTH - from the junction of the Matthew’s Road and the public road leading to the All Saints Church Rectory and continuing westwards by an imaginary line to Hamilton’s Dam.
EAST - from the point of the public road west of the Telephone Exchange Building at Mount Joy and continuing in the southerly direction on the main highway to the village of All Saints and continuing on the highway of Tyrells Roman Catholic Church to the point where it meets the road leading to the All Saints church Rectory.
WEST - by the eastern boundary of St. Mary’s North.
