Political Parties in Anguilla

Three political parties will be contesting the 22 April 2015 General Election in Anguilla. The current majority Anguillan United Movement (AUM) led by Dr. Ellis L. Webster, MD; the minority Anguillan United Front (AUF) led by former Finance, Economics, Commerce and Tourism Minister Victor Banks; and the newly formed Democracy, Opportunity, Vision & Empowerment (DOVE) party led by Sutcliffe Hodge. The AUM and AUM have a candidate running in each of the seven electoral districts, whereas DOVE is only contesting three seats. Two independent candidates are also contesting the election.
