He was educated at the Tete Morne Government School and the St. Mary’s Academy. He later attended the Dominica Teachers College, The University of the West Indies and the Guyana School of Agriculture. He is the holder of a Bachelor of Education Degree with honours in Educational Administration. He is also the holder of a Diploma in Agriculture and a Certificate in Management and Supervision
Work Experience:
Former Principal of the Pierre Charles Secondary School also served as Secretary to the Co-operative Societies League and Second Vice President of the National Youth Council. |
