Constituencies -
Voting System Elects on regional/departemental level a legislature. The legislature consists of two councils with diverging powers. The Regional Council (Conseil régional) has 43 members, elected for a four year term by proportional representation. The General Council (Conseil général) has 31 members elected for a six year term in single seat-constituencies.

Voter Requirements age: 18 years
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements 23 years old and in full possession of their civil and political rights.
