Pharo Cuffy is a Dominican politician.

Early life and education 

Pharo Cuffy was born in Grand Fond, Dominica.  He is a Cuba-trained medical doctor. 

Career 

Cuffy, a political newcomer is contesting the Morne Juane/Riviere Cyrique constituency in the 2019 general election for the United Workers’ Party (UWP). 

Dr. Cuffy’s medical experience includes working in the Accident & Emergency Department of the Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH), lecturing at Ross University, and serving, on several occasions, as the medical doctor for the under 17 and under 20 national football team. He also has a private practice. 
He has been a member of the Sagicor South East Football Club since its formation. He also played national football for Dominica for many years. 

Cuffy is contesting the Morne Jaune/Riviere Cyrique seat for the United Workers' Party (UWP) in the 2019 General Election.

Personal life 

Dr. Cuffy is married to wife Dr. Charlotte Jeremy Cuffy who is also a medical doctor and the couple has two children.
