Early life and education
Dr. Emanuel holds a Doctorate in Organization and Management/Business General; a Master's degree in Caribbean and Latin American Studies; and a Bachelor's, with honours, in International Studies.
Career
A former principal and professional educator, Dr. "Mac" Emanuel served as Antigua & Barbuda's first appointed New York Consul-General from 2004 to 2014 and as Chairman of the Antigua and Barbuda Investment Authority for three years.
Emanuel unsuccessfully contested the St. John’s Rural North seat for the United Progressive Party (UPP) in the 2018 General Election.
