Joshua Francis is a Dominican lawyer, politician, and an opposition parliamentarian.

Earl life and education

Joshua Francis was educated at the Roseau Boys School, Newtown Primary School, St Luke’s Primary School, Dominica Community High School, Dominica State College where he studied geography, economics and sociology, Hugh Wooding law School, University of Central Florida and the Keller Graduate School of Business.

Career

Francis is the current Member of Parliament for Roseau South for the United Workers' Party (UWP).

He was a former teacher at the Grand Bay Secondary School, and is currently an economists and Attorney-at-law in a private practice.
