Kerry Verlon Simmons

Kerry Verlon Simmons is a Grenadian politician and the Political Leader of the Progress Party (TPP).
Early life and education
Kerry Velon Simmons was born in Grenada on 13 June 1980. He hold a B.Sc. in Communications from Salem State University, and a M.Ed. in English from Liberty University.
He also studied Television Production at the City University of New York (BMCC), Theatre and Journalism at the University of Alaska (UAF), and proceeded to serve in the U.S. Army.
He later spent two years studying and experimenting with various types of leadership styles at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Career
An award-winning filmmaker, founder of Dark House Films and Co-Owner of StormElite Kennel, Simmons has directed music videos for many artists (e.g., Skinny Banton, Lil Vaughn, Terra D Governor, Mr. Legz, Brother B).
Simmons is contesting the Carriacou and Petite Martinique seat for the The Progress Party in the 2018 General Election.
