John St. Luce is a former Antiguan parliamentarian and Cabinet Minister.
Career
In 1971, St. Luce was appointed to the Senate of Antigua and Barbuda. In 1976, he was elected to the House of Representatives as the member for St. John's City East for the Antigua Labour Party (ALP); and continued to serve in this capacity until 2004. He served as a cabinet minister from 1978 - 2004.
He served as Minister of Agriculture; Home Affairs; Health; Public Works; Public Utilities and Communications and; Finance.
Honours and awards
In 2017, St. Luce was awarded the Knight Grand Cross, The Most Distinguished Order of the Nation (KGCN) for distinguished and outstanding contribution made in the field of politics and development.
