Gerald Owen A. Watt was born on 19 December 1938 in Antigua. A prominent lawyer, he obtained his legal education in the United Kingdom.

Career

Sir Gerald represented St. John's Rural East for the Progressive Labour Movement from 1971 - 1976.

Sir Gerald is a famoer Chairman of the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC).
