Monell Williams-Jno Baptiste is a Dominican politician and an opposition senator.

Earl life and education

Monell Williams-Jno Baptiste is the fourth of 10 siblings and grew up in the central part of the constituency.  Monell Williams-Jno Baptiste was educated at the St Joseph Primary School and Isaiah Thomas Secondary School. She graduated from the ITSS as Student-of-the-Year and the most acclaimed graduate in 2002.

Career

She is a former cashier, farmer, photographer, teacher, tutor and most recent Quality Coach at Clear Habour.

Williams-Jno Baptiste is the current Senator for the United Workers' Party (UWP) in the House of Assembly.

In 2014, she unsucessfully contested the St. Joseph seat for the UWP. She is again contesting the St. Joseph seat for the UWP in the 2019 general election.

Personal life

Mrs. Monell Williams-Jno-Baptiste is married; and is the mother of three girls and a toddler son.
