The Electoral System in Barbados is governed by the Representation of the People Act, Chapter 12, which has as its second schedule, the Rules for conduct of House of Assembly elections; the Representation of the People (General Elections) Allocation of Broadcasting Time Regulations, 1990; the Elections Offences and Controversies Rules, 1959 and the Representation of the People (Registration of Electors) Regulations, 1990. |
