Presidents of the Senate
For the purposes of its deliberation, a Senator must be elected to preside as head (President) by his or her ten (10) peer senators at the first sitting of the Senate or at any time the position becomes vacant. Throughout the tenure of the President he or she is ably assisted by an elected Deputy President who assumes the office in his or her absence.
